Service Description

Yin yoga is a slower paced class, a full body meditation that allows you to release toxins and stuck energy from deep within the connective tissues. You will spend longer periods of time in each pose giving your body the opportunity to open and release more completely. You do not need to be super flexible for this style of yoga practice, but regular practice will decrease stiffness in the body. Yin yoga is a good complement to an already active lifestyle, and gives you a space to unwind after a stressful day. Chronic stress has many harmful effects on the body, and yin yoga is a beautiful practice of sacred self care.
